When does my Countdown Card run out?

Answer:
On your card it should state the month and year that the card expires. The expiry date on your card does not necessarily reflect the expiry date of your membership. Please contact your card provider for full membership details.

How do I become a member?

Answer:
Contact Customer Services on 08701 600 698 or email customerservice@countdowncard.com providing your name and address and an application form along with information about the programme will be sent to you. The annual fee is £49.95 however special offers are run from time to time.

Customer Services is open 9am to 5.30pm Monday to Thursday and 9am to 5pm Friday.
